    Default Which Scope
    Which would be the better of the two?
    A Sightron Big Sky Side Focus 4.5x 14x44 or the Sightron Big Sky 4x16x42 AO.
    Will use it for target shooting out to 400 yards and varmint hunting. I am shooting a 22.250.

    Seems like the A.O. would be beneficial for your intended purposes. Both scopes are pretty darn good I might add.

    Sorry I can't help with your specific question, but I can tell you that I have a Sightron 'Big Sky' 3-12x 42mm scope that I really like, and it is rock solid.
