I have one of the 2x7 Pro Staff shotgun model on my 2x7. Its the clearest one of the bunch. Im up to 5 Nikons now. 4 Pro Staff and 1 Monarch.

I've never had to use their customer service, but I will say that I would recommend their scopes to anybody. They are extremly tough to beat for the price.
