I decided I was gonna put a scope on the shotgun this year, then thought about the holosight also. My shots will all be 100yds or less, usually around 50-75. So I was wondering how the holosights (or similar types) work on shotguns. It will be mounted on an 870 express. Thanks Guys

I have and 870 with a 23" long rifled barrel that has the cantelever scope mount. I mounted a Nikon Prostaff 2-7x 32mm shotgun scope on it. Cost was about $129.00. I am extremely happy with the whole package. Perfect scope for that firearm, it's clear, crisp, and very accurate.
Check with theopticzone.com, they seem to have the best prices.

I have a 20 inch barrel. I got the barrel cheap because of a Fleet Farm pricing problem, so it doesn't have a cantilever mount, which sucks. But I'm still gonna get something for it. I'm gonna check out that site, thanks.
