As a former Hoyt owner, I can tell you I had no problems but heard quite a few stories about split limb problems. On the flip side, it is just as likely that a solid limb will be shimmed wrong or warped. Same problem on both types, just may have the probability of happening more often with a split limb(since there are two).
Split limbs are harder to find these days, so for that reason alone, you may want to choose solid.

If I had to choose from your question I'll pick the hoyt xt2000 limbs but only going with the pontiac slogan "wider is better" but with the quality out there today they "all your top bow companies" make very fine and stable limb's pretty much I'd buy based on which riser feels best in your hand and which limb's FEEL the smoothest to the shot...
