Will there be peer groups in Nelsonville? Will it be determined by your combined score at both Bedford and Erie?

Yes there will be peer groups in Nelsonville. The top 10 scores, combined, from Bedford and Erie in each class will get peer letters.

They've sent them out, I got mine yesterday.

I received a peer group letter stating I have placed in the top ten in the HC. I shot OK but I was not in the top ten. How can I confirm this letter

big steve, even though you may not have shot well by your standards, shooting consistently will also get you there.......if the ibo sent you a letter, bet on it that you are in....just make sure you bring your peer letter with you to nelsonville, and make sure when you register you ask to confirm start times, meeting times, and ranges....there should be a meeting saturday morning for all peers. if you are not shooting the peer groups, it would be a good idea to shoot as many as you can on friday....it may be a little crowded on sat and sun....and by the way big steve, congrats.....

Well-l-l you might be right. Check the post pinned to the top and review the list posted on the web site.
It seems the wrong list was sent.
I do not know how it happened yet. I also apologize for any confusion this situation will create. Correct letters to the right people have been sent. But, check the list in Nelsonville anyway, just to be sure. We are attempting to create the list sent incorrectly. But as of now we have not been able to do that. I want to send the folks that got the wrong letter an explanation and apology.

now that's something you do not see too much of in these times. A man that is willing to admit that an honest mistake was made and to offer a direct apology via personal letter shows the character of the IBO leadership and it's members. We need more of that in all aspects of life. Keep up the great work that all of the IBO members do for bowhunting and 3D shooting. I am proud to be counted among the ranks of shooters that shoot in the IBO. Thanks to all of you that make the shoots so much fun and rewarding for my family and myself.
