RE: Rome, Georgia
Mountains in Rome??? How about pimples !!! All kidding aside guys n' gals---all roads lead to Rome, and all appetites lead to Ryans across from Walmart !!! All you can eat steak on Friday and Saturday night for $8.00 and some change. There's also a China Buffet across from Walmart by the strip mall---excellent food. If you knew me, and looked at my side profile, you'd know I was an authority on food---now if I could only be an authority on deciphering yardage on a 3D course !!!

RE: Rome, Georgia
Well I got good news and bad news.
The good news is the ranges are going to be even more fun this year. The bad news is Dan Hart is going to Rome today to help create more fun for ya'll.:D A little more fun than Wetumpka. I have visions of alligators two counties over! There will be eight starting points in Rome. We have been hearing about quite a few shooters coming. If you can shoot some or even all Friday would be the day to get started. It would be like a walk in the woods, just a few friends and the critters. Look forward to the concert. Tom says this band puts on quite a show. I will see if I can find the names of the catfish and bar-b-que places. Phenomenal (sp)food. ken12 |

RE: Rome, Georgia
Dan is just trying to drum up business for his yardage judging classes. Dan is a good coach and a very detailed thinker.
Are any of you semis or pros going to be shooting on Friday? I am going to try and get in at least 30 and maybe all 40 Friday. |
RE: Rome, Georgia
Be afraid,very afraid.
;) Hahahahaha..................... ken12[:o] |
RE: Rome, Georgia
Hey Bow Pro didn't tell us on page one not to scare everyone. We can handle what you and Dan and Gene dish out, we just sometimes don't like our results from what you have dished out. Speaking of dishing out, guess their is some good food to be had in Rome, go figure, its an IBO shoot , where the location of the food is more important then the shoot location!!! See you Friday morning Ken!:)

RE: Rome, Georgia
Just got back from Rome---shoot was excellent-----Danno>>>---->you got me on the wolf(target E9)---I hit him, that's all I can say !!! All courses were excellent---very deceptive---you had to think hard, and shoot straight. Food was fantastic---garbaged up on shrimp n' chineese food at the New China Buffet on Friday, and pigged out on pork chops at Ryans Saturday plus desserts, desserts, desserts !!! Itchin' ta get to Pensacola !!!
