To shoot in Snowshoe do you REALLY have to be qualified or is it like ASA where you can show up and pay your money and get a special invitation. I haven' t shot an IBO shoot ever but i have shot ASA for years, and I was wanting to shoot the World shoot, but i' m not sure if i can. If someone would please post back to me I would be very appreciative. Thank you and have a great day. Good luck to all who are going to the World shoot.

Mathews22,
To compete in the IBO World Championship you must indeed qualify at one of the many qualifiers held throughout the year across the country. The last of those qualifiers for 2003 was held at Nelsonville. There is a trophy round also held along side the championship event. You do not need to pre-qualify for the trophy round but you do need to pre-register. At this time I don' t know if there are still openings left, but you can call the IBO office at 440-967-2137 and they can help advise you.
Hope this helps. good luck.
