To shoot in Snowshoe do you REALLY have to be qualified or is it like ASA where you can show up and pay your money and get a special invitation. I haven' t shot an IBO shoot ever but i have shot ASA for years, and I was wanting to shoot the World shoot, but i' m not sure if i can.
