Default indoor and parma archery

the shoot was great, however i did speak to some ibo top brass about a couple things that for the most part they agreed with. first if the ibo indoor world championships are santioned by the ibo i feel they should force parma or whoever in the future to buy and sell t-shirts. the indoors are the only big ibo shoot that does not. second we (ibo) bring alot of people in that building and i feel we should have more pull on what were doing than we do..ref practice butts,, i guess the ix center said we either couldnt have them or just not in that area. and third, whats the deal with making us buy the sportsman show tickets, there is no reason we cant get to our shooting area without going through the show, plus parking its getting awful expensive to shoot a tournament that really doesnt mean a whole lot.
(more than half the big names of all the classes dont even go) i read this forum enough and theres been plenty of suggestions on other places to hold this, maybe we shoud look into

I would like to know why there is no pay back for the non-pro classes at the indoor worlds. The entry fee is about the same and I know from previous discussions on this web that the ix center donates the space. So why no pay back? This a major tournament with high entry fees and no pay back, why? Does Parma demand to make more than all the other clubs that have National tournaments or what?

We were informed last year that we were stuck in that cold section because we had to take what we could get due to the fact that the space was donated.

Parma Archery is able to do this event in conjunction with the show because the space is donated as part of the show.
At the cost of the rental for the concrete it cannot be rented. In the grand scheme of things we do not bring in very many attendees to the show. The 1000-1200 total is part of why we are allowed to be part of the entertainment for the show.
We have looked at several venues for this event and none have worked out. If in the equation of " we need to look" includes someone with a site, let me know.

That would be the return the show sponsors get for allowing us to be there.
That is a union facility that has rules and requirements for move in/move out/daily operations etc. Those requirements are relative to the labor that must be used for any event in the facility. That is cost borne by the show promoters and in some instances by Parma Archery.
An example would be the person to ****** a vehicle from the show entrance to the place in the building that is where the shoot is to be placed.
The rental (last time I asked) for the space to do the shoot was $72,000. We provide some entertainment for some attendees and we get the space for the cost of show tickets.
Last time I asked the cost for a 10 x 10 foot booth at the show was $1200. We use 240x230.
I am sure the rental for the show promoters is based upon a base and percentages. So unless we rent the space, I don' t see how we can dictate to them what we want.
I can also say with confidence that the cost of the lift tickets is already factored into the costs at the World' s.
