I've listened to this cd many times and plan to buy the next one. Several of the pro shooters (I know) use these. Check them out.

va archer has good info.....just relax, and treat a big shoot as a club shoot....i know it gets a little nerve racking at times, i have been shooting in the ibo since 94, and am past the jitters at this point....but in the beginning, like flat woods, a straight jacket was in order for a while....
