traditional to traditional pro
joking but some of the guys I have shot with could pull it off. 3DMountaineer your point is well taken here. You forgot one group though Senior Women to Senior Pro Women. I know that some of these wonderful ladies won't want to reveal their age but there are several ladies in the Pro ranks now that have reached the "magic" age. I think that it is time to give the ladies their due if they so desire.

Yankee-Yes I did mean for the individual tournament not the Triple or the Southern Triple for that matter. I think it is very important that someone step to the plate and make these classes that are designed for the less experienced archer just that. I mean if some organizations can tell an 18 year old who is coming out of a Young Adult class what class they have to shoot in, they should have the cojones to tell an adult what class they should be in. IMHO

There's alot of money out there in the pin manufactures,if there was a semi or pro class they would be more in-titled to be a sponsor so more money for the IBO and hunter defense fund, plus apay program for the shooters. If your splitting hairs why not make all pro's shoot against each other. It's not going to cost nothing to offer the class, if you don't get the numbers after a year then drop the class. just my op.

I think that a Pro-Pins class might be a good idea. That way we can get guys like Mike Campbell, Matt Bressler and Jim Bradley and the rest of those guys out of MBR and give everybody else a chance for a change!!

Freak Daddy, Welcome aboard the forum, just wondering, are you going to shoot this year? we missed ya last year, although housekeeping at the motelsdidn't miss ya and my plumbing has recovered!!!Anyways your thoughts are right about the amount of pin manufactures, by why can't those manufactures just step up and offer sponsorship for that class at a particular event? Instead of offering prizes for the top shooters, go with the lewis scoring system. That way everybody that shoots has a chance of getting a prize, might just bring a fewfellow or lady bowhunters out? Just my thoughts, Freak Daddy Merry Christmas to you and your family drop me a line miss hearing from you, Rudy

Why would you not want to give pin shooters a higher class?
Everyone that has replied to this post in a negative manner that is not a pin shooter should just sit back and let the pin shooters decide what they want their class to evolve into...............

I have been watching all the posts on this sight and on the asa sight, I have been back into shooting since May of 2004 in MBR, and my scores are going up each year, I would like to see this class for 2 reasons. 1) it would give the upper pin shooters another challenge to get better, and 2) it gives me and other mid pack MBR shooters a goal to strive for in getting better. I am in favor of this class and will support it in anyway.
