Are all anti-hunters vegetarians? If not, I don't see their point. If they can sit down to a steak dinner or fish fry but still tell me hunting is wrong seems strange. If any ANTI'S would like to explain this to me I'd love to hear it.

How many animals die when they plow the fields to plant the veggie food? How many lives are taken when they spray the plants so it'snot eaten by millions of insects? How many deer does the farmer have killed to be able to make a living selling them there veggies? These farmers who want the hunting to protect there way of life are the ones growing the food for the vegetarians! THEY JUST DON"T GET IT!

I agree Jim. I used to work on a fearm in WV and I can't count how many fawns were killed in the spring while working in the fields (on accident of course, near impossible to find). I wonder if they ever think of that when they eat a loaf of bread

Some numbers for you: There are 35 million cattle, 400 million chickens, 85 million
pigs, 300 million turkeys, and 7 million sheep that are butchered each year for food in America. These animals are raised for the singular purpose of slaughter and have probably found their way most every person's table or grill in the good old USA.
FYI - there's more info about this subject in my book "The New Age Hunter" if you're interested.

I wonder how many of these anti hunting, animal loving, tree hugging, all life is created equal hypocrites own a fly swatter or bug spray?! I wonder what happens when they see a spider crawling along the floor? Do they say hey spiders were here before man so just let him do his thing or do they squash him and call it a day?! Do they spray thier gardens and kill all those insects and slugs? Do they turn the dirt by hand so they don't split any worms or grubs? Do you think they just take a bee sting every day when the wasp builds it's nest on the frame of thier front door or do they spray the nuisance and take another one of gods equal creatures off the face of the earth?! Glue traps for snakes? Call an exterminator for termites? Use flea spray on the pets? The flea is just doing what nature tells it to do just like these bears looking for food in our garbage! What is the difference between these lives and the animals we hunt?!! Try to get that answer out of them and see how fast the name calling starts and other topics completely off the subject and question pop up! THey know they are hypocrites but that doesn't matter to them! Being right is what matters and they will twist the truth a million times to make themselves appear right! Even if they only appear it in thier own minds! When confronted by an anti never argue or get into a heated talk. Just ask these kind of questions and don't let up! No matter how hard they try to turn the talks in a different direction just keep asking about all the lives they take to improve thier quality of life and watch them squirm!
On the lighter side I scoup up spiders and let them go outside!?!?! What the hell is the matter with me? LOL!!!

I think psychologists call it "denial." These folks have double (triple,..) standards. They define "life" in their own minds so therefore they will always be right. It's okay to eat tuna, but not dolphin. It's okay to eat chicken, but not deer. Insects can be killed and so can vegetables because these living organisms - although living - are assigned a lower standard.
Here's a dirty little secret about mother nature - every living organism feeds on another living organism for survival. It is called energy transfer. Every living organism needs energy to survive. Be it a lion eating zebra for its' energy, a plant absorbing nutrients in the soil put there by a decaying rabbit carcus, or a person enjoying the company of others while satiating himself on a bar-b-qued burger. Energy transfer. It's really that simple. This energy is absorbed into living cells for nourishment and growth. Mother nature saw to it that each species can satisfy this need for energy - and it's always at the expense of something else that's living - be it plant or animal.
Energy transfer is but one the many grand designs of nature that we all take part in - yes, even the antis.
