RE: Pa Buy 'n Burn

I've said it several times if you live in a WMU that ruely is still overpopulated with deer, blast'em & stick'em . That doesn't make you a SLOB if you use the meat in my book. BUTTTT if the WMU you hunt in has lowered their numbers and you kill more than 1 deer/yr in my book you are a SLOB just adding to the problem of larger WMU management.
I'm willing to bet that most hunters inm WMU 3A travel there from the one they live in. Alt has yet to make a serious cut to the doe tags in that WMU. So those hunters are getting 2 doe tags each. 3A has already lowered the numbers. These traveling hunters "just got to kill 2 doe " or they think the season is a bust. And the trouble is they could care less cause they'll just bump into another WMU when most the deer are shot out.
BUY & BURN...KILL BUTTON BUCKS if you have a need to kill a anterless deer for the meat you plan on using, LET A BIG DOE WALK AND HAVE TWINS! ORRRRR YOU'RE A SLOB IN 3A

I agree in burning the applications, but don't buy. This is just more revenue for the PGC to piss away.[:@]

OK, I want to make sure everyone knows what they have to do next year before they go hunting. Call Ulysses and get the deer density numbers for the WMU you plan to hunt and make sure it is OK with him to shoot a doe. Or else you'll be a slob.

So what your saying is that if we do what you want then we're OK, but if we don't, then we're SLOBS.
What part of , Difference of opinion, don't YOU understand?

I don't really think they care about the deer population...... It's all about the money.. We will really know what's going on when we find out how many doe tags are going to be issued next year..
Doe tags are going up next year to $7 for a resident and $27 for a non, which tells me they are getting even greedier or they plan on selling fewer tags.

going up in price? I wasn't aware of that. Stands to reason though as less an less guys buy them cause they can't find any deer to use them on so they get fed up with the whole mess. this means the few meat hunters that will buy them must pay more. I wish they would charge $50 a piece for Res. and $100 NRes. ansd issue the first one with the back tag

Rudeness???? You seem to be the one throwing out rude comments.
As for quoting you.

I've said it several times if you live in a WMU that ruely is still overpopulated with deer, blast'em & stick'em
Thats one WMU.

BUTTTT if the WMU you hunt in has lowered their numbers and you kill more than 1 deer/yr in my book you are a SLOB just adding to the problem of larger WMU management.
And that is another WMU. So that is why we should check with you before we go hunting.
And then you begin to talk about your WMU.
And sorry for traveling to different hunting areas. I'll be sure not to spend any money in Potter next year, which BTW is where the county gets 60% of its annual income. Maybe when your roads need plowed they can come to you for the extra money.
