Oh yeah, it's coming soon. I went out and picked up my camera last night. The smell of musty leaves is starting and the soft maples and ash are starting to drop leaves pretty good. There are some acorns on the ground, but not anything heavy yet....the red oak are loaded in my area, but the whites don't look very promising. The beech are loaded with nuts and the deer are gray. I saw a really tall 8 pt that I've been seeing all summer....his rack was red with the blood of stripped velvet. I'm pumped! I can't wait to get my film developed! One more long agonizing month of waiting for the season to kick off and then my wife will think I left her and the dog will forget what I look like!
