fyi - no doe permits for 7M - NY
for those who have not heard, there will be not DMPs issued for 7M this year! (bummer) only landowners will and the disabled will be getting them

I hunt 7M and drive through alot of it most days - I see some deer - sure - but I'd agree that the numbers are quite a bit down after the last 2 bad winters. Our sighting/harvest data from last year(2003) was almost 1/2 of 2002 - I hope 2004 is up - but most people I talk with think its the same or less.
