if it swims and looks like a trout you must kill it......has to be atleast 15 inches......nothing less......and they wouldnt stock anything over 10.....he would make sure the male to female ratio was absoluetly perfect in the hatcherys.....catch and release is out of the question.....just not allowed to do such a thing that might give fish a chance to make it and maybe reproduce.....that makes too much sense........and within a few years troutfishing as we used to know it would be gone......they would quit stocking saying theres more then enough trout out there to catch.......

Can I buy a crossbow and use it fishing ?

In a few years we would have more trout than we would know what to do with, trust me, look what he did to the black bear population, have a little patience , his program is going to work, he knows his $$tt.

Who? Me? I just cannot see how anyone could get upset about something like crossbows in bowfishing season....

1. No matter how many you catch, the creel limit will always increase.
2. I don't care if you sat at your favorite fishing hole all day without a nibble, Dr Alt says there's trout there!
3. If you don't catch anything, wade further out into the stream.
4. If I don't catch anything, then it must be my fault.
5. PA Fish Commission states there are 1.6 million trout, before stocking season begins.

Yeah, but Mike, there really are lots of trout still in the streams.....

1.after a chemical spill kills every trout in a stream,he would claim the trout ate themselves out of house and home.

2.Reduce the stocking by 50% and we'd have more and bigger trout than ever before.

3.he'd definately go on a roadtrip waiving two big mounted trout around to show everyone what the future would hold.

LoL u guys came up with some good idea's! Let's just be thankful Alt doesn't manage the fish commission also! lol
