All i can say is .... Let us take inline smokepoles out , and watch the doe herd drop . The flintlock and bow offers a challenge , but in my area , the deer have so much pressure on them that they dont seem to move unless you move them. and with flintlocks that dont work all the tiem and bows restricting your range to 30 yards , its hard to get a late season buck in my area of SW PA.

hey doublelung, tell me about it. these deer up here in my area (warren county) are pressured from spring gobbler till there's 3 feet of snow on the ground. you don't have to be hunting them (deer) to put pressure on them. from hunters and hikers to atv's and logging.....pressure pressure pressure!!
