i just bought a new 2 man treestand do u think its too late to put it up?

Seriously , it may get moved if spot needs it tweaked in time or another location. I,m not saying you can,t leave it one spot all season if you want.
Try to be smooth in and out with set up .

Put it up massman, just brush it in real good. Try to blend it in with what ever is near by. Better yet, cut some brush and branches from a good ways off and use that if possible.

I put a new one up two weeks ago. So far had a doe on cam checking it out but nothing else yet.

No! I just put a 2 man last weekend. And built a permanent box blind for a my dad 3 weeks ago and a week later he was getting all the big bucks in his area, were back on his camera.

No, set it up. Hunt it that day. You may shoot a big one. Or set it and hunt another stand for a few days.

I have had some of my best luck hunting out of a stand that was newly placed. It isn't the stand that pushes deer away it is the people using it every day. Hunt it one day then give it a day or two rest. If you put up several stands and alternate using them depending on wind you are usually better off.
