Well, I' ve been shooting bows for under 2 years, which obviously doesn' t qualifly me as a seasoned archer! I' ve shot with and without string loops, and I' ll never shoot anything but a string loop! The whole point is he won' t tie on a string loop because of reasons other then people getting hurt. He specifically told me that they work against the bow and are a waste! It' s not what he likes or not, it' s what the customer wants! I know of many other shops in Jersey that would be more then happy to tie one on, I' ll just go to them. I have lots of friends who won' t go to him and we tell lots of people not to go to him! There are many other highly qualified people that I can deal with in this world! I know of a shop that won' t bad mouth the guy, but get lots of customers coming to them who are unsatisfied about their setup. They end up getting it done all over again!

I agree with norsemen.

How much of that $1000 you think was the shop-owners profit margin anyway?
