PA GUYS SnOw?? SAT
#31
I have hunted in ice storms, whiteouts, lightning, downpours, sub-zero temps and winds of 60+ mph. A little predicted October snow doesn't make me cancel a Saturday hunt on Wednesday and begin planning a day of internet whining. Obviously, if the conditions were right, and a dangerous condition existed, I would exercise caution. It only makes sense.
I don't believe it calls for running around declaring that the sky is falling.
Good luck to you and your bud...these ARE the "good Ol' days"!

Sounds just: like a WMU3D hunter like myself.

Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But for hunters it's delightful,
And since we've got camps to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!
It doesn't show signs of Pausing,
And I've bought bullets for popping,
The scope is turned down low,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!
When we finally awake from the night,
How I'll love going out in the storm!
If you'll worry,that I'll be alright,
All it will take is a deer to keep me warm.
The storm is slowly dying,
No more time left in the day for driving,
We have a couple more days to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!
