Thumbs down fee increases

The non-resident licenses jumped from $110 to $140... that's for gun only. Add another $140 for bow. It really came as no surprise though.

What I think sucks is of you buy the sportsman or supper sportsman you no longer get your DMP free. I am sure alto of people will be surprised when it comes buying time.

The worst thing about it is this increase is just going to help bail out wall street

Yes, I noticed this also. The super sportsman license will be going up $20 ($68-$88), but with the additional $10 for the DMP we will need to pay it will actually be costing us $30 more than last year which is actually a 44% increase for the same license. This is significant in my opinion.

I think most of us would hunt even if it went up to $200, I just think a 44% leap in one shot might not make many people happy.

Default I Noticed

I checked it out the other day and even in my 40s considering the lifetime license.
Only thing is I buy the bow and muzzleloader licenses to .
The turkey tags and doe permits are suppose to come with the lifetime sportsman license .
Most years I dont use my muzzleloader anyways but wouldnt you no they added a week on to the end of the season in my area again this year .Its been a few years since we have had a late season muzzle loader season ..
Who thinks its worth buying the lifetime sportsman license ??
