Sure I do. I can see the bloated faces in pics. I can also read when people complain of their physical state. I also know how i compare to "average" and from what I see, those I speak of are LESS than average.
But you are right, I cannot say for sure 10X.... It may very well be 12X to 15X LMAO!

....I never said any of the such. I said you jokers were BELOW average... Therefore an average guy benching 100 lbs doesnt mean a thing. Therefore if I can bench in the neighborhood of 450, Im guessing YOUR neighborhood at 45lb. Remember we are talking about...You... and one whos a physical wreck.
