I don't evaluate ARs based on your success, my lack of success or the success of any individual hunter. I base it on breeding rates productivity the number of 2.5+ buck harvested and the percentage of 3.5 and 4.5 buck in the harvest.

If you choose to judge the statewide plan based on your success that's fine with me!! However, I think it provides a very limited and biased opinion.
Yet you base your dissatisfaction on a anti hunting story written in "news Week" magazine and your admitted ineptness at killing legal bucks.

The only thing that I see bias andlimiting is your ability to reason.[:-]

That is simply ridiculous. The Newsweek article has nothing with my dissatisfaction with the PA plan and I just got done telling you I don't base my evaluation of the plan on individual hunters success or failure.

Since you have been railing against AR's since they we're instituted, it's reasonable to assume that you knew then that your hunting abilities were below the average hunter and that AR could well make it nearly impossible for you to harvest a buck.

Looks like you were actually right about something Blueboy!

Apparently you forgot I passes on 5 AR legal buck in 2003 and was within 25-30 yds . of a nice 8 pt. this year.
My opposition to ARs is that it was sold based on lies and the fact that it was not needed and it is the worst possible choice for improving the age structure.

I've been that close to Sharon Stone too, and I'll bet I came closer to scoring than you did.
