So , would you please explain why rack sizes decreased in Miss. ? Can you explain why 6 western repealed ARs? can you explain why 2 out of 3 working groups in ARK. voted to repeal ARs. can you explain why ARs were repealed after 5 years in WMU 118 in Mich?
