How is your archery season thus far? I hunt in WMU K and got a shot opening day but missed. I have sinceseen a few out beyond my shooting comfort zone. I hope to drill one in Oct. My hunting bud downed a 90 lb doe on 9/20.

Here's a link to my earlier post with a pic.
In a nut shell... I've seen 2-Does, 2-Yearlings (fawns) and 2-Six pointers.
I believe I saw the same Doe and Fawn 3 times in one night, so I didn't count them again.
Other wise it would be 10 Deer sightings.

i hvant had a chance to go yet w/ work picking up........by the time i get a chance to bow hunt it will be bird season and ill spend all my free time hunting w/ my pointer

Took a 9pt on Monday in I1. Have only seen two so far, the 9pt and a forkhorn that was in front of him.
I hunt with 3 other guys, one had a shot at a spike opening day...and killed a nice pine tree that was mindingit's own business. Out of the 4 of us, we have seen 5 bucks and 6 does.
