That VA has a law that you may not bring deer across the state line either way. so what does that mean for all the people hunting in my county from VA because if caught VA issues tickets. this is truth i contacted VADNR and he said no deer is to cross the state line from WV.

I know some states have laws banning live deer from being brought in from other states because of CWD,but never heard of banning dead deer crossing state lines

This has been in effect for a couple years now. Like quite a few other states you can't import whole deer and perhaps certain parts.

this is the first year it has been in effect in VA. i personally talked the vadnr. but i know what the rule says and i ask that so rayc its been effect in Ct for a few years had many problems
