MY Northern NY season Results
Had a really good year, 2 nice bucks, 1 on bare groung was killed on his bedding to feeding pattern and the other was killed tracking on snow. Saw lots of little buck on the farm country this year and missed another big buck on Tug Hill tracking on snow. Already can"t wait till next year!!!!!

RE: MY Northern NY season Results
Can't give away a good spot, don't hate me for it.It s above Montague Inn and ther isn;t alot of people that hunt up ther where i do, Tuff hunting, the last Day I hunted hill kille my snow buck , he was the only deer track that I saw after I jumped him and I killed him1.5 miles from the road.
I only live about 30 minutes from the hill so I usually hit it for snow hunting during the week......

Good to see some people hunt in the rough country on the hill. A deer is really "earned" on Tug Hill. I grew up about 5 miles away from Barnes Corners in the big woods. It's an accomplishment to get into them there. Did some hunting up there this year, but didn't get anything there. My brother got a spike on the hill this year and a real beauty of an 8 south of adams. I got a 7 with my bow in thefinger lakes and a doesouth of adams w/ my rifle.
