I found a nice buck in the Beaver Creek the other day dead. Like NE OWL said may be that EHD.

Yeah, my brother floated the Antietam last week and saw 2 dead bucks in the Antietam. Are all these dead bucks in the creeks a result of bad muzzleloader shots or some disease? Anyone else noticing anything?

nope , no ehd here , more like hornady, this buck was hit way back in the guts with a muzzle loader small hole enter and a nice hole for the exit , im guessing that the deer was 100 percent broadside and the guy who shot it was on the ground not in a tree because the angle of the shot was straight through and straight across this was just a real bad shot, but none the less no one has claimed it and i think im just gonna push it back in the river damn thing is stinkin to high heaven
