Try this way of cooking. Breast the turkey and cut the meat into strips about 8" long by 2" wide by 3/4" thick. Marinate for a couple of hours in Italian or balsamic salad dressing. Cut a hot pepper into 2" squares and wrap the turkey around it then wrap thick sliced bacon around it the other way and hold with a toothpick. Put on the grill and cook slowly so the bacon doesn't burn and it is great. I was told about it and tried it with this year’s bird and it was the best. Now my wife wants me to make sure to get my second bird. Life is good.
