Has anyone ever hunted the Six Mile Run Reservoir area in NJ?
It located in Somerset county, and it is limited to bow hunting only. I checked it out today, and it seemed like a pretty nice layout. Looked like it had alot of field, mixed with woodlots and pine stands.
If anyone has any info on this place I would appreciate it!!!
Thanks
Mike

Do you think you can give me a good starting point, or maybe one of your buddies can give me an idea where to head out from? I know there are several parking areas in the park, and not sure where to go.
How is the quantity of deer down there?
If you'd like to join us we are thinking of hitting it during winter bow.
Thanks
Mike

Be careful, there are alot of areas that are off limits. You sould really get a map and do your homework. The rangers don't mess around. The boundries are strictly enforced.
