does anyone in pa. know for sure if using a inline in reg. gun season is legal.just heard a story of a guy getting fined for using one.
from what i read in the digest it says muzzleloading long gun of 44 cal. or larger is legal.so how would you take that.

From: S.W. Pa.-- Heart in North Central Pa. mountains-
If you are talking about the REGULAR deer season, which is the Monday following Thanksgiving and runs for two weeks, I feel certain that any rifle of any type, as long as it is not a rimfire, is a legal weapon. This is also to include bows, compound and crossbows. Muzzleloaders are included also. Whether they have to be .44 cal. or larger in this season is a question. I do believe firmly that any type of ignition is permitted at this time. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

I heard about that guy. He shot a mountain lion that was feeding a Sasquatch. And he had baited the Sasquatch without a permit.
The fine was 1500.00 for hunting PA mountain lions over bait.
Next time look in the Enquirer. [
