Only 10 days to go until the DE Archery opener! Going to try for a state stand on 9/1 then the small lease on 9/2 and 9/4. Getting out the 1st 3 days will take the itch off. Maybe i'll get a shot this year.

What you you guys have planned the first few days?

I won't make it, I'll be in Colorado bowhunting Elk, leave Sept 1 return Sept 10, but I'll be on State land somewhere when I return.

Cant wait for the opener only problem I have is its my wifes birthday! So I wont be able to get out until mondayMight try and weasle a morning in on saturday, but look out after that! I have been trying to get all my honey do's all done to. Cant wait!

Man this weather aint looking good for Friday or Saturday. Hoping to get a couple hours in Friday morning before it starts coming down and a couple hours Saturday evening when it stops. But the forecast will probably change 4 times in the next 48 hours so we'll see. Keeping the fingers crossed.
