How is the weather effecting all of your hunting tho I have taken 2 nice deer I am now hunting a nice buck and between the rain and now th high winds it has turned into a terrible time to hunt. Looks like the next couple of days will be better and it may all be a blessing in the far run as each day the rut gets closer.

I am going down tomorrow to hunt Friday and Saturday. Looks like it is going to warm up more than I would like, but at least it will be dry. I love it when you can hear 'em coming from far away!

I have been so wet the last several days my skin is pruning up...and the wind has been swaying the trees I'm in so much that when I climb down I feel like I have been in a boat.

I have noticed a lot less movement also. The kids school bus passes quite a few fields on the way home and they are always eager to report the days deer and turkey sightings. They haven't had much to report lately....
