Default Bowfishing in MA

hey all my fellow Bow Hunters.

Just a quick question and hopefully someone who knows about MA hunting laws can help.

Does ANYONE have any info on Bowfishing in MA? i've looked every where and can't find any info on it. A link or any info at all would be greatly appreciated.

Never heard of bowfishing? I've never done it, but bowfishing is using a bow equipped with a reel assembly to fish with. The arrows are connected to fishing line which is connected to a reel on your bow. Take a look at these pictures:

WOW that looks like a lot of fun. This weekend is opening day imagine coming out with a bow to take out some fish. I wonder if its legal in CT. I'd have to look into this.
