We are selling part of our farm in central MO located in Gasconade Co. It is 88 acres and it includes aprox. half of woods and half fields. Part of the woods is a thick cedar thicket bedding area leading up to a food plot and then a 30 acre block of timber. It has about a 5 acre bottom food plot with a creek running through it, and then the field joinsa ridge field that's in hay right now. This is excellent hunting. Two years ago we took a 130" 8pt. off it and passed up some deer like that last year. This past spring we killed two big gobblers off it too. how much is the ground per acre?

Well ground in this area has been bring anywhere from $2500/acre and up. I'm not sure what my dad is asking anymore. I do know that he started around $3800/acre but he came down on the price a couple of months ago. I really don't know anymore what he is asking for it.
