I saw something about the ILL Big Buck club on the DNR's website but wasn't really sure how to get my deer scored and registered? I had it scored by the taxidermist and since I am a NR and unable to bring it anywhere, can I still enter it into the state register?
My deer scored 156 4/8 gross and 154 4/8 net.
Thanks.

Broadhead88; For additional info on the Illinois Big Buck Recognition Program you can call at the IDNR (217) 782-4963. Actually the magazine called Outdoors Illinois published by the IDNR has a 5 page article in it this month all about the Big Buck Program with all the entries entered clear back to the 1980s.Now in regards to whether they accept non resident entries I dont know what the offical rule is on this, but i do know of a gentleman from PA whom has had an entry accepted into the program. I hope you can get some answers from them and let us know what they say the rule is on this. Thanks

Lady Forge said it pretty well. But here is a page that talks about it.
http://www.dnr.state.il.us/legislation/bbrp/main.htm
It states the miniumum score which it takes to get in and some other info.
Always adding Deer Cam picts. Check often.
