Does anyone know if the skamania run has started in trail creek, little Cal in Northern Indiana?

Some have entered the creeks with the big rain we had but i think the run is yet to develope. Usually around the 4th of July they start staging at the river mouths. There have been days when the pier fisherman knocked the hell out of em but nothing consistent.
