Central IL deer processor?
 

Anyone know of a good place to have deer processed in celtral IL?

Leiding's Meats and Catering Danville, IL. I have used these people for the past few years and they are a family business and are super nice people.

If anyone should refer you to this place, do not use it... I bought a cow and had him butcher it and that's what he did butchered it.. The filets were cut in strips as small as my finger (width and length) and bone fragments in all my other packaged steaks.. Just terrible!!!!

Chuck does great work but he's slow. The last deer I took to him I got back in April. Like I said.....top notch product but don't be in a hurry.

I used Hienkel's in Decatur last year. They had a 2 week turn around and make evrything from brats, jerky sticks, add cheese and jalapeno peppers if you want to their sausage. Very good products. Phone #217-428-4401

None of the above...I take the drive to Palestine to Storks....2-3 week turnaround, you get your entire deer.

The place in Homer is a total joke.

Jones Meat and Locker Service in Jacksonville does a good job.

Anybody use a private party in Barry, Il to cut their deer? Wondering if was a good or bad experience.

Any others in the Champaign/Urbana area? Mainly looking for fresh cut and burger for most.

Anybody within 30 miles of champ/Urbana besides riverbend? Looking for less than $80 to process.
