Default Official 2009 Indiana Deer Season Thread

With deer season opening soon I thought we should have an official place to discuss Indiana deer hunting. Post your sightings and successes. I am sure everyone would love to hear about them.

I love this time of year!

This year I'll be hunting on family farms around Adams county, instead of up in LaGrange and Steuben. I just hope to see a few deer this year.

good luck fellow hoosiers. Hoosier I know you can hunt Raccoon lake, Cecil Harding same place. Its south on hwy 231, then hwy 36 west. Probably take ya 45 mins to get there. If I can get permission from a buddy of mine, I might be able to get ya a couple evening hunts with me on Sugar creek in Parke county.. Its still a 30 to 45 min drive for ya...
