According to this, the hunting public MAY get a shot at one tag in 2005. Sorta interesting.

Bad idea in my opinion, but then again, I'm not the one that decided to release a bunch of elk onto "tribal" lands. The uproar over this one is going to be bad, worse than the whole spearing thing by far.
