RE: Buckeye grouse
I spoent 3 days in Wildcat Hollow in some serious thickets, grapes, berries and flushed nada. I'm thinking turkey, (which i saw a ton of) vs grouse anymore. I saw almost no acorns around. Thedeer are hanging in the corn. When that gets cut look out.

i live in noble county and i found one the other day that got hit by a car, i work at the Salt Fork Wildlife area for odnr and i heard one drumming the other day whiles i was one lunch break from planting wheat. There around just not in the numbers they use to be. We recently recieved the survey from ODNR Div of Wildlife of there numbers, it was like 1 flush every nine hours, and like one kill every 27 hours
