Free upland lotto!
Boy, I've got the Luck o' the Irish this week!
I just got my permit for the free Il upland hunt in the mail yesterday (Maytown, Nov, 3), & got my results from the third drawing @ Kankakee this afternoon!
Has anyone ever been to Maytown? What's the drill?

Vizsla, Im in the same boat as you. Got Permits for Loda in early December. I have no idea how it works, just heard it was decent hunting at those free spots. If its the same as mine, I assume you just show up and put your card in the Windshied. Hopefully someone will be able to tell us more.
Nice job on Kankakee, I'll be there a few times this year. Hopefully the birds will cooperate!

From what I've been able to find out, that's all you do, go there & put your card in your windshield, carry your letter & hunt away! I guess Maytown only allows 2 groups per day, which is a good thing... The area didn't look to big on Mapquest.
