Wow, some of those properties are extremely expensive for a few trees and open agriculture fields! I saw a couple decently priced properties in Illinois but that is it. I guess this late in the year they can try and charge a little more. Good luck!

a guy at the local gun shop here said around here they go for 7.00 an acre a year,
He said his son got a 45 acre hunting lease for 270 or so a year.
I am in sullivan 47882 if you would like to look around here.
Also i am looking my self if you would like to talk about going in togather to get a good size lease. i would be open to it.
