Default RE: Peak rut days in Kentucky

You need to be in your stand as much as possible say from Oct. 25th until the end of Nov. with the "peak" happening aroundthe 2nd-3rd week ofNov.

I myself like the earlier part of the rut when the bucks are crusing from bedding area to bedding area in search of does. The chase phase happens here in Illinois during bow season, so it can be a little tricky trying to convince a buck to leave a hot doe and come within bow range.
