No, these are not the regular deer tags we're talking about. These permits are for special public land limited draw hunts. And yes, Missouri also has a draw system in place for such permits.I know, because I applied for one this year.

My chances are slim & none, but with BP's starting this year I'll be on the ground floor and will draw it within the next 10 years.
