The last two weekends there have been a pack of wolves 5-6 strong running on Elk Lake near Traverse City. They have been being spotted almost daily by residents and on the last 2 weekends by my friends who have a cottage up there. Anyone else heard reports on this?

I wouldn't doubt it a bit. And the DNR says there are few around... [:'(]

I haven't heard anything but I believe it! I have seen tracks by my property around Johannesburg and spoke with people that they've seen them around the lewiston area for a number of years now. One lady almost hit one while pulling into her drive way whaile coming home from work late at night!
