The moose are real, the location is a hoax though. Those moose are actually in Newfoundland. The DNR did an extensive search to try and find the actual moose in the UP, when the e-mailer came clean. They are still really neat though.

i would go with saying those albinos are not from the UP.. Although there is alot of moose up here ranging most of the UP now. There are no ELK in the UP though..
