I eat so much walleye every summer, I'm growing gills.

I've always liked chowin down a good bluegill catch personally. I say walleye #2 fish, imo.

I wouldnt make fish tacos out of them,i like walleye the way they are.

I liked my on the grill in tin foil - a little butter, onion, lemon, and some garlic powder. mmmmmm....

On a lip hooked walleye,i like to eat them raw right off the hook.Bite them behind the head and shake my head side to side.
A close second is beer battered for me.

I do like bluguill,crappie,whitebass.

Then again,catfish is hard to turn down too,And all this makes a big pile of coon bait and turtle bait!!!
I love turtle enchiladas!!!

Whats your favorite way of catching snapping turtles? I like reeling them in,but shooting them with a fishing arrow is less like fishing and more like hunting.
