Anyone have any suggestions for an Illinois outfitter?....planning to go with an outfitter this year and am wondering which ones are better than the rest.

You're going to find varying opinions depending on who you ask. Your best bet is probably to contact a few outfitters, ask them some good questions, and make your own decision. You can find an article on helping you pick the right outfitter here:

Gary Harpole from Heartland Lodge and Darrin Bradley from IMB Monster Bucks are both great guys so if you happen to call them tell them Justin sent you.

If you're looking for a do-it-yourself type hunt definitely contact Craig Neace at Bowhunting Whitetails. He's got some great land and I know a few spots still open for this fall.
