Chicago is NOT Illinois. Violence is in CHICAGO. I hate this corrupt government. Think about the small town American people. Not the high rolling and "thug" Americans. This is Illinois, how can this even be proposed? CHICAGO seems to ruin the Illinois Gov't.

What are we supposed to expect out of thgis gov.? he refuses to live in Springfield, he prefers to live in chicago. Why would he care about us down here?
